Wayne Bryce

Over 36 years’ experience in finance and operational accounting. Serving as Chief Financial Officer for Sound Lounge, LLC for the last 14 years. Also, served as Chief Financial Officer for Nice Shoes, LLC (for both USA and Toronto) from 2016 through 2019. Prior to that, served as Chief Financial Officer for the Sports & Entertainment Division of Compass Group’s Restaurant Associates servicing the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, United States Tennis Association, United States PGA, various concerts, and many other special events. Also, served as Compass Groups Chief Financial Officer for their Krispy Kreme division comprised of a 50,000 sq. ft wholesale factory and numerous retail stores. Served as Controller for high end apparel companies Diesel, USA and Mondo Di Marco (both wholesale and retail stores), as well as other import distribution companies, and various banks.

Mario DiLeonardo

18 years of accounting and finance experience with the last 10 years within the Production/Post Production Industry working at Sound Lounge as their Financial Controller. Also, served as controller/CFO for Nice Shoes LLC (for both USA and Toronto) from 2016 through 2019. Prior to the advertising/entertainment world, served as the controller for the Sports & Entertainment Division and the Catering Division of Compass Group’s Restaurant Associates from 2005 – 2009. Was responsible for two prestigious tennis tournaments, the US Open in Flushing, New York and the Indian Wells Open in Indian Wells, California, in addition to other sports venues like the Cleveland Browns and Philadelphia Eagles. While with the Catering Division, was responsible for the financial management of high profile events at many of New York City’s premiere locations such as the American Museum of Natural History, the Intrepid Sea, Air, & Space Museum, Lincoln Center, The Met, MoMA, and many others. Before starting his career in operational accounting, was employed at a CPA Firm preparing personal and small to mid-size corporate tax returns. In addition to tax return preparation, responsibilities also required working closely with our client’s finance/accounting teams to assist them with their day to day operations and financial reporting.
